We have an excellent training and degree program that features Five Program Levels.  These levels have been designed to meet the educational and professional goals of individuals who want to develop their skills using the Arno Profile System (APS) assessment report. The APS is a counseling tool that measures an individual's needs, natural traits, strengths, and weaknesses according to their temperament. The training adjusts to meet the needs of Christians with different goals, including:

1. For Christians who want to be better equipped to minister to those who are in need of counsel and assistance.
2. For Pastors who want to learn how to counsel members of their church who are experiencing problems.
3. For Christians who want to be trained & credentialed as Christian Counselors and enter the field of Christian counseling as a part-time or full-time ministry.
4. Professional counselors who want to become A.P.S. certified and learn a Biblically based counseling model with proven success.
